Easy returns and exchanges

Withdrawal must be notified within 5 days of receipt via email to info@100carati.com, specifying the order number. The item must reach 100 Carati Srl no later than the 14th day from the date of receipt, as shown by the tracking data of the carrier that delivered it. It must be intact, must not have been used, modified, or personalized, and must be properly packed in its original packaging and accompanied by all accessories. Only after verifying the receipt of the returned product and its general condition will we proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product (including shipping costs if incurred at the time of purchase), by bank transfer to the details provided by the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
