On 100 Carati you can choose from different payment methods, all managed through protected payment systems.
The methods actually available are shown during checkout and may vary based on the device, country, and order amount.
2. Credit and debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay.
Payment is managed through secure payment systems. 100 Carati does not store the full details of the card used for the purchase.
3. Shop Pay
You can use Shop Pay to complete your purchase more quickly by using, where available, the shipping and payment information associated with your account.
The availability of the service is shown directly during checkout.
4. Apple Pay and Google Pay
You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices and browsers.
These systems allow you to make payments using cards previously associated with your digital wallet.
5. PayPal
You can pay for your order via PayPal.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can use your credentials to complete the payment according to the service's procedures.
6. Scalapay - Installment payments
When available for the order, you can choose Scalapay and split the payment according to the installment options shown at the time of purchase.
Availability, number of installments, deadlines, any conditions, and payment approval are subject to Scalapay and are shown before confirming the transaction.
7. Bank transfer
You can also make a payment via bank transfer.
After placing the order, use the bank details provided by 100 Carati and include your order reference number in the payment description.
The order will be processed according to the procedures communicated by 100 Carati after the payment has been verified.
8. Payment security
Electronic transactions are managed through payment service providers and protected infrastructure.
Full card details are not stored directly by 100 Carati, except as may be required by the payment services used and applicable law.
9. Payment confirmation
Once the order is successfully completed, the customer will receive the relevant confirmation at the email address provided during the purchase.
In the event of a payment that is unauthorized, incomplete, or rejected by the relevant provider, the order may remain pending or not be confirmed.
10. Invoicing
Should an invoice be required, the customer must provide the requested tax details using the methods available during the purchase or by contacting Customer Care promptly.
