Withdrawal and refunds
You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your jewellery, without giving a reason. For consumers, 100 Carati pays return shipping using the Customer Care procedure. Only the statutory exceptions for goods made to specifications or clearly personalised apply. See Returns and refunds for the return procedure, refunds and any non-EU return customs duties.

Insured shipping with tracking number.
Items will be sent registered and insured by DHL. For non-EU shipments, any import duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Amounts already collected at checkout are not payable again.
